At this exciting time at Meta, we are looking for a Support Specialist / HIM Professional to work with clients to investigate and resolve software issues.

Responsibilities will include…

• Analyzing and resolving customers’ issues

• Participation in the design, quality control and marketing of our new line of products

Qualified candidates will possess…

• CCS, RHIT or RHIA credentials

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in hospital medical records

• Good written and oral communication skills

A plus…

• Experience with software systems such as reimbursement, deficiency analysis, chart tracking or release of information

• Experience working with Crystal Reports
